What Is Planetary Mixer?

The planetary mixer is a specialized industrial mixing equipment for high-viscosity paste-like

materials.Its core feature is: the mixing paddle rotates both independently (around its own axis)

and simultaneously revolves around the center of the material barrel, similar to the motion of a planet.

Hence, it is called a planetary mixer.

How A Double Planetary Mixer Work?

The planetary gear drives the mixing components to revolve around the center of the barrel;

at the same time,the blades rotate independently.

The combined motion constantly folds, squeezes, kneads and shears the materials on the barrel

wall and bottom, with basically no mixing dead zones; many models are equipped with scraping blades

for the barrel and bottom, continuously scraping off the materials adhering to the barrel wall to prevent

sticking and caking.
