After testing,we will arrange package and delivery to our customer from Indonesia.
After learning that the client intended to produce solvent-based acrylic coating, Jiahe Shengtong Machinery’s
engineers provided the client with professional configuration for high speed disperser:
1. 7.5KW explosion-proof main motor suitable for 300L capacity mixing and dispersing.
2. Hydraulic Lifting
3. Explosion-proof hydraulic unit
4. Double cowles discs on one shaft,speed 0-1450RPM controlled by frequency inverter.
5. 300L SUS304 movable tank, tank inner and outer mirror polished, reduce the residue of materials.
6. Sensor for lifting limited.
The high speed dispersers are used for the dispersion and mixing of liquids with liquids, and powders with liquids.
If the dust in the workshop is very heavy, or if there are flammable or explosive components in the materials to be
dispersed, in order to prevent fires and explosions, an explosion-proof system needs to be adopted.

Explosion-proof motors
Explosion-proof wiring
Explosion-proof hydraulic unit (motor and solenoid valve)
Explosion-proof control cabinet
