The lab scale high viscosity vacuum planetary mixer produced for the client has been successfully completed.
After undergoing quality inspection,it will be transported to the Callao port in Peru.
Standard configuration for 10L laboratory vacuum planetary mixer:
1. Total Volume 13L,working capacity 10L.
2. Slow Blade: Double sigma blade,SUS304 mirror polish,with PTFE scraper.
3. Fast Blade: High speed disc,SUS304 mirror polish.
4. Sigma blade motor 1.5kw+high speed disc motor 1.5kw,all with inverter control speed :0-60RPM/0-1450RPM
(slow blade/fast blade).
5. Moveable tank inner and jacket all made by SUS304 mirror polish,jacket cycle cold water to cool.
6. With temperature displayer check the temperature of products.
6. 5T press machine to press the products out of tank.
7. Sight glass with lamp to check mixing.
8. Vacuum system,provide -0.096Mpa vacuum degree.
9. Lifting safety limit device.
