2. Sigma Blade: Double sigma blade,SUS304 mirror polish.
3. Sigma blade motor 2.2KW-Siemens brand,with inverter-Siemens brand control double sigma blade speed :0-30RPM/0-60RPM(slow/fast)
4. Moveable tank inner and jacket all made by SUS304 mirror polish,jacket cycle cold water to cool,movable tank with SUS304 quick
opening filter.
5. Hydraulic unit control tank lifting.
6. 5T press machine,discharge dental products by pressing.
7. Vacuum system,provide -0.096Mpa vacuum degree,remove the air bubbles in the materials to prevent contact between air and
the product.
8. Temperature display system-Omron brand, make sure that the material temperature does not exceed the limit.
9. PLC system with HMI-Siemens brand, the PLC system can store multiple recipes to achieve automated production and ensure
product quality.
10. Lifting safety limit device.
