has been completed. After passing the internal quality inspection, it will be shipped to the Port of New York.
This hydraulic lifting dispersing machine will be used for the production of paints.

4. 2PCS SUS304 movable tank, can be carried out in a continuous production process. Tanks’ inner can outer mirror polished,
reduce the residue of materials.

The main shaft of the disperser rotates at high speed, generating extremely high linear velocities at the tip of the dispersing discs:
1. The sawtooth edges cut and tear the agglomerated powder particles;
2. The edge of the disc creates strong turbulence, causing the materials to be radially ejected towards the tank wall;
3. Axial circulation is formed above and below the disc, continuously drawing the materials inside the tank into the shear zone,
achieving powder - liquid wetting, dispersion and mixing.
High-speed dispersers can be used in: coatings(paint), dyes, inks, papermaking, cosmetics, food, resins, adhesives, emulsions,
medicine, petroleum, pesticides, daily chemicals, etc.
