The 5L laboratory Z Blade Mixer we produced for the Ukrainian customers has successfully passed the quality inspection and
will be sent to the customer's port.
The laboratory z blade mixer ordered by the customer will be used for the experimental small-scale production of adhesives and
sealants.Jiahe Shengtong Machinery’s engineer based on the production characteristics of adhesives and sealants, designed
this 5L lab z blade mixer for the customers.
1. 1.5kw motor with R type hard gearbox.
2. Z shape blades provides high shear force, more suitable for the mixing of high-viscosity materials.
3. Double z blades speed variable,controlled by frequency inverter 0-28RPM(slow blade),0-50RPM(fast speed).
4. All contact parts made by SUS304 with mirror polished.
5. Jacket electrical heating system used for melting adhesives and sealants ,the temperature can reach 280℃.
The heating temperature can be controlled on control cabinet.

Generate strong shear effect: When the Z-shaped blades rotates, it exerts a strong shear force on the material, which can "tear apart"
the high-viscosity material and re-mix it. This is the key reason why it is most suitable for high-viscosity conditions.
The material is repeatedly compressed and turned: The Z-shaped blades works in conjunction with the W-shaped cylinder body.
The z blades push the material to flip on the side wall of the cylinder and fall in the middle, repeatedly exchanging positions.
At the same time, the material is scraped,
stretched, folded, and squeezed between the impeller blades, the cylinder wall, and the ridge-like protrusions, achieving
uniform dispersion.
Double blades differential rotation: The two Z-shaped blades rotate in opposite directions at different speeds, cooperating closely,
which can eliminate the stagnant flow area of the material and avoid local areas where the stirring is insufficient.
