The sigma mixer (also known as the sigma kneader) we produced has been completed perfectly.After passing the quality
inspection,it will be sent to the Buenos Aires Port in Argentina.The customer will use this sigma kneader for the production
of Calcium.

1. Sigma blades driven by a 55KW motor with Guomao brand gearbox.
2. Sigma blades controlled by a frequency inverter,0-23RPM(slow blade)/038RPM(fast blade).
3. The mixing paddle adopts the sigma type design,which enables more effective kneading. It also helps to squeeze out the
air and moisture inside the materials.
4. Screw extrusion to discharge,screw motor 15kw with R series gearbox,speed 0-65RPM,controlled by frequency inverter.
5. Inner contact parts made by SUS304 with mirror polish,jacket made by carbon steel.
6. The gap between sigma blades with chamber about 3mm,the gap between screw with barrel about 1mm.
7. Jacket cycle hot oil to heat.
8. Vacuum system to remove the bubbles and moisture from the product.As customer have vacuum system in their factory,
so we just leave vacuum hole on top lid and do vacuum seal for top lid.
9. Pneumatic lock device for top lid vacuum seal.

2. Tilting discharging or screw extrusion discharging can be selected as requirement
3. Vacuum system: Vacuum pump,buffer tank,valve,pipes,vacuum gauge.

5. Jacket cycle hot oil/steam to heat,the blades can cycle hot oil/steam too.
6. PLC system can be added.
7. Explosion-proof system can be selected.
8. Screw outlet can install manual ball valve or pneumatic/electrical control ball valve.
