One year ago, a Swiss client purchased a laboratory double planetary mixer from Jiahe Shengtong Machinery for the lab
scale production of silicone sealant. After the successful completion of the experimental production, the client ordered a
500L double planetary mixer with hydraulic press machine for the large-scale production of silicone sealant.
The engineers of Jiahe Shengtong Machinery,based on the characteristics and production process of the customer's silicone
sealant,customized this double planetary mixer and hydraulic press machine for the customer.
1. Total volume 600L, working capacity 180L-500L.
2. Slow type blade motor 22KW with gearbox,speed variable controlled by frequency inverter 0-60RPM.
3. High speed discs motor 30KW with frequency inverter control speed 0-1450RPM.
4. PTFE scraper speed 0-60RPM,clean the material on wall of tank.
5. Double sigma type slow blades used for high viscosity paste mixing,kneading.
6. High speed discs to Fragmentation,dispersion,homogeneous silicone sealant.
7. Double planetary mixer with vacuum system remove bubbles and prevent oxidation.
8. All raw material contact parts made by SUS304 with mirror polish.
9. Double planetary mixer have two sets SUS304 movable tank,inner mirror polished reduce material residue and facilitate
cleaning.
10. Movable tank with jacket cooling system to cycle cold water in jacket, reduce the temperature of the materials.
11. Double planetary mixer have sight glass DN125*2,with lamp to check condition of material.
12. With filter remove the impurities from the silicone sealant.
13. With Emergency Button.

3. Products contact parts made by SUS304 with mirror polish.

1. Choose suitable working capacity as batch production,the double planetary mixer loading factor 0.30-0.85.
2. Contact parts made by SUS304 or SUS316L with mirror polish avoiding material residue and easy to clean.
3. Choose suitable motor power as viscosity and density of raw material.
4. Double planetary mixer’s slow blade can be sigma shape or paddle shape.
5. Vacuum system is standard configuration,it can remove the air bubbles from the materials and improve product quality
to prevent material oxidation.
6. Movable tank have jacket to cycle cold water reduce the temperature of the materials;Or cycle hot water to heat material.
7. The raw materials contain flammable and explosive components. A explosion proof system is installed to prevent the
occurrence of explosions and fires.
8. PLC system can be choosen,it can store multiple formulas, avoiding the inconsistency in quality caused by different batches.
