The machine is equipped with sigma-type blades, which are suitable for repeated folding, kneading, rubbing, and squeezing of chewing gum materials. This process helps remove air bubbles from the gum material.
The sigma kneader is also equipped with electric heating, which provides a suitable temperature for material kneading during operation.
All product-contact parts are manufactured from stainless steel 304 and mirror-polished to reduce material residue inside the mixing chamber.
The sigma kneader uses a hydraulic tilting cylinder for discharge, allowing the mixed materials to be unloaded quickly and making cleaning easier.
For food production applications, the sigma kneader can also be manufactured entirely from stainless steel to meet local food hygiene requirements.
For chewing gum sigma kneaders, Jiahe Shengtong Machinery usually recommends maintaining a clearance of around 3 mm between the mixing blades and the four end plates.
If the clearance is too large, it may affect the kneading performance.
If the clearance is too small, material residue may occur, making cleaning more difficult and increasing the risk of bacteria and contamination.
