Sigma kneader is also called Sigma mixer, Sigma blade mixer, Z blade mixer, or Z kneader.
1. A Sigma kneader has two Sigma or Z-type blades that generate a combination of shearing, stretching, and folding motions through fast and slow paddles, satisfying the high viscosity, thixotropic, and easily encapsulated properties of sealants.
2. The material contact parts are made of stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316L and have a mirror-polished finish, effectively reducing material adhesion and residue in the mixing chamber.
3. The Sigma kneader's jacketed circulating water cooling system reduces the high temperatures or localized overheating generated during the mixing and kneading process of highly viscous materials.
4. Sigma Kneader is equipped with a vacuum system that efficiently removes air bubbles from the material, improving sealant quality.
5. Tilting discharging discharges products quickly and easily.
6. A PLC is optional; equipping the product with a PLC allows for the storage of multiple production formulas, preventing batch-to-batch quality variations due to different operations.
7. An explosion-proof system is optional. If the workshop has high dust levels or flammable/explosive materials need to be added to the mixture, the explosion-proof system can prevent the risk of fire and explosion.
