Sigma Mixer, also named Kneader Mixer or Z Blade Mixer, is an ideal sigma mixer machine for kneading, mixing, vulcanization and polymerization of high-viscosity and elastoplastic materials.
Sigma Mixer machine has two blades rotating in opposite directions and is arranged in a side-by-side tangential differential type configuration, where one blade rotates faster and the other rotates slower.
