Half a year ago, the customer visited Jiahe Shengtong Machinery to inspect our lubricating grease sigma mixer. After visiting our production process and evaluating our equipment, the customer recognized the quality of our products and finally decided to purchase two sets of 2000L lubricating grease sigma mixers.
The two sets of lubricating grease sigma mixers have been completed. After quality inspection and repeated operation tests, the equipment will be shipped to the customer's port in Bulgaria.
1. Select Corrosion-resistant Materials
It is recommended to use stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316L for the parts in contact with materials. The jacket can be made of stainless steel 304 or carbon steel according to different production requirements.
2. Choose a Suitable Blade Type
Generally, a sigma type blade is recommended. Its overlapping blade arrangement can generate strong extrusion, folding and shearing movements, making it highly suitable for the homogenization, degassing and elastic-plastic kneading process required for lubricating grease.
If the lubricating grease has high viscosity, a Z type blade with stronger shear force can be considered.
3. Equip With A Vacuum System
A vacuum system is recommended because it can effectively remove air bubbles from the lubricating grease and improve product quality.
4. Select Suitable Heating Methods
The lubricating grease sigma mixer can be equipped with jacket electric heating, jacket circulating heat transfer oil heating, or steam heating according to production requirements.
5. Choose An Efficient Discharge Method
Compared with tilting discharge, screw extrusion discharge can discharge high-viscosity materials more efficiently.
6. Add An Explosion-proof System
The lubricating grease sigma mixer can be equipped with an explosion-proof system to prevent fire or explosion risks caused by the release of flammable and explosive gases during operation.
7. Equip With A PLC Control System
If equipped with a PLC control system, the production process can be controlled more accurately, reducing quality variations caused by different production batches.
