How does a vacuum sigma kneader mixer work for carbon paste?
1. Inner contact parts made by stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316L with mirror polished to avoid corrosion,and reducing the residue of materials in the mixing chamber.
2. Sigma kneader with sigma type blades can provide strong torque and kneading force.
3.The vacuum system can eliminate the air bubbles in the carbon paste, thereby improving product quality.
4. Electrical heating system include electrical heater,temperature sensor,temperature controller and displayer,which can heat thermal oil or water in jacket.The heating temperature can be set and displayed on control cabinet.
5. There have thermal insulating layer out the jacket,which can reduce heat loss and prevent workers from getting burned.
6. Electrical tilting or hydraulic tilting can discharge remove all the viscosity carbon paste completely,and easy cleaning.
7. If a PLC system is equipped, it can store multiple formulas, enabling automated production and eliminating quality variations caused by different batches.
