Jiahe Shengtong Machinery has successfully completed the customized 620L explosion-proof silicone rubber Z Blade Mixer for a France customer. The machine is manufactured according to the customer’s production requirements and is ready for delivery.
Based on the customer’s silicone rubber production process, our engineers designed the 620L Z Blade Mixer with suitable configurations to meet the customer’s mixing requirements.
The machine is equipped with a 55KW-6P motor, providing sufficient power for silicone rubber mixing.
The material contact parts are made of stainless steel 304 with mirror polishing treatment, reducing material residue inside the mixing chamber and making cleaning easier.
The mixing chamber is equipped with a jacket cooling system for water circulation cooling according to production requirements.
The Z-shaped mixing blades provide efficient shearing and mixing for silicone rubber. The motor is equipped with a frequency inverter, allowing the mixing speed to be adjusted according to different processing conditions.
The hydraulic tilting discharge system helps discharge silicone rubber completely and simplifies the cleaning process.
The vacuum system removes air bubbles inside silicone rubber, helping improve the quality of the final product.
The explosion-proof system helps reduce safety risks when flammable or explosive gases may be generated during mixing.
